Yuè Wellness uses Google and Apple sign-in. We do not store passwords. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your real email address using Apple's private relay feature, in which case we receive a relay address instead. Your name is shared by Apple on first sign-in only.
When you sign in, we store your name and email address (or Apple relay address) to identify your account and personalise your experience.
When you use the tongue scan feature, the image is sent for analysis and is not stored on our servers after processing. We store the result of the analysis, which is your TCM constitution pattern, but not the photograph itself.
We store your TCM constitution results, food preferences, dietary preferences, and scan history so we can personalise your experience.
We may collect basic usage data such as which features you use and how often, to help us improve the app.
We do not store passwords. We do not retain tongue photographs after analysis is complete. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not collect sensitive health data as defined under HIPAA or equivalent legislation.
TCM constitution patterns are wellness indicators, not medical records.
We use your information to provide and improve the app, personalise your food and wellness recommendations, process your subscription payments, and respond to your support requests.
We use third-party services to operate the app, including a payment processor and app infrastructure provider. These services handle data only as needed to perform their specific functions and are bound by their own privacy policies.
We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
